This PSA was created for Circle of Hope, a small organization in my hometown that donates clothing and necessities to 28 shelters across Massachusetts. I grew up having their posters hung up around my elementary school and their organization has stayed in the back of my mind ever since. When tasked with creating and donating a PSA to a nonprofit of our choice, I knew I wanted to give back to the community that raised me and immediately thought of Circle of Hope.

This piece aims to highlight the harsh winters in Massachusetts and create a sense of urgency for viewers. The sound design of harsh wind blowing is used to immerse the viewers into the frigid northeast winter while also creating a somber, eerie atmosphere. The color palette is limited to cool black and white to further emphasize this point.
